What are Hard Wax Beads Made of?

The ingredients used in depilatory wax are usually different for different manufacturers, as each company has its own formula. However, although they may differ in color, scents and certain other ingredients, most hard wax beans will contain some of the following basic ingredients:

Colophonium
Almost all hair removal wax products contain rosin.
Waxes are based on Colophonium and Glyceryl Rosinate formulations which provide the strong adhesion qualities required for stubborn hair growth.

Cera Alba
As known as beeswax, white beeswax found in most hot waxes to provide the setting action needed to peel the wax from the skin.
In addition to being used to make adhesives, it can also be used as a depilatory agent.

Ethylene/VA Copolymer
A plasticider used to provide the elasticity, flexibility and adhesion qualities in our hot film waxes.
EVA has good low temperature resistance, low thermal decomposition temperature, good softness and rubbery elasticity. After waxing to the hair, the wax sheet can be kept smooth, flexible and easy to tear with fingers. Will not break or stick to the skin.

Additional ingredients
In addition to the three main ingredients listed above, hard wax beans contain a variety of other ingredients. Some may contain certain chemicals - spices and coconut oil, chamomile, lavender, aloe vera and cocoa butter, etc.

Remember everyone - hairless, smooth skin is important, but your health and skin are also very important, so if you think the product has an adverse effect on you, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor!
